Job Description

What is the opportunity?

You will be supporting the creation and maintenance of security, fund, broker, benchmark, and other reference data in systems such as IVP Security Master, Simcorp Dimension, Charles River, and Wall Street Office. Working to improve data quality though implementation of process improvements. Supporting the daily pricing of bonds, derivatives, equities, loans and managing exceptions within IVP Price Master and verifying values using Bloomberg, Pricing Direct, ICE Data Services, Refinitiv, and S&P.

This position is full time and will require you to work a minimum of 4 days in the office per week with the option to work one day from home.

What will you do?

Actively resolving any pricing and reference data issues raised and investigating to identify the cause. Help identify new control points and demonstrating awareness of potential operational risk. Analysis of large data sets in MS Excel, VBA, SQL, Python Engaging internal teams to ensure new initiatives are implemented and that data flow and translations are correct. Helping to maintain the relationships between with internal stakeholders such as the Investment Desks, IT, Risk, Fund Accounting, and the Performance team. Taking full ownership demonstrating full awareness of any system upgrades and enhancements, and any potential regulatory breaches. Ensuring that the systems provide timely, accurate andplete information to staff and clients. Contributing towards weekly updates for senior management. Proactive delivery of projects using own initiative.


What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Data literacy, skilled in Excel
• Experience of working at a financial institution
• Strongmunication skills
• Python
• Demonstratable usage of generative AI

Nice-to-have

• Degree in STEM or Finance topic
• Basic SQL
• Experience working with a security mastering system.
