Job Summary

FreeWheel is seeking an Analyst to join our Global Reporting and Analytics team
as our first team member based in Europe!
This role is a key part of our mission to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization which serves top-tier video inventory owners and buyers including TV Programmers, MVPDs, digital media publishers, advertisers, agencies, and DSPs.
As a strategic partner to stakeholders, this candidate will play a key role in supporting FreeWheel’s international business by developing recurring reports, responding to evolving data needs, and delivering actionable insights that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Job Description

The ideal candidate brings exceptional communication skills, a proven ability to
collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and a strategic mindset grounded in
analytical rigor. Conversational proficiency in French is a strong plus, given our
growing international footprint.

The Analyst II will report directly to: Senior Manager, Global Reporting and
Analytics.
Core Responsibilities


Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology leaders to build out
automated datasets, recurring reporting and dashboards.
Develop and maintain reporting of Digital TV key business metrics using
different BI tools for Freewheel constituents, including internal users,
external clients, and executives.
Conduct regular analysis of large-scale data sets to uncover opportunities to
improve overall sales, inventory management, and yield strategies.
Prototype and develop automated reporting solutions to monitor the health
of the business.
Ensure data quality and cleanliness for consistent and accurate reporting.
Create ETL processes to accommodate changes in source systems and new
business user requirements.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in quantitative field preferred.
1-2 years of experience using data and analysis to drive business outcomes.
Strong knowledge of SQL.
Experience with a scripting language is a plus (Python or R).
Proficiency with Visualization BI tools (Looker and Tableau).
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience in advertising technology is a plus.
Skilled in synthesizing detailed analysis into clear narratives, facilitating
strategic discussions across technical and business stakeholders.
