We’re now looking for a freelance Data Analyst to join our growing Agency Team. If you’re passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and supporting campaigns with your sharp analytical skills, we want to hear from you!
The Role
As a freelance Data Analyst at Connect Management, you will play a key role in supporting our influencer marketing strategies by providing vital data insights. You will be responsible for building and managing rate cards, benchmarking industry standards, and compiling performance data to optimise our campaigns. Working with the Agency Director and wider team, you’ll use your analytical skills to create meaningful reports and drive actionable insights that enhance the performance of our campaigns.

What we are looking for
Strong experience in data analysis, especially within influencer marketing or digital marketing.
Experience with building and managing complex rate cards for clients and campaigns.
Ability to benchmark industry data, market performance, creator size, and platform-specific metrics.
A problem-solver who can turn data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
Meticulous and organised, with the ability to manage multiple data sets and ensure accuracy.
A proactive mindset, able to work independently and take ownership of key projects.
Must haves:
3+ years of experience in a data analysis role, ideally within marketing or digital industries.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Experience with building, analysing, and benchmarking rate cards for influencer marketing.
Ability to produce detailed, data-driven reports with actionable recommendations.
A passion for optimising campaigns through data and finding trends in complex data sets.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks.
