What the job involves


Can you help us use data to drive decisions across the NSPCC?


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced data analyst to join our Reporting & Insights team. The Reporting & Insights team produce Power BI reports and analysis. We use a variety of data sets to maximise the impact of our fundraisers and other organisational activity.


This is a prominent role that helps us understand our supporters and our service users and improve their experience. You will work with stakeholders to understand their priorities and deliver insightful analytics and reporting to facilitate evidence-based decision-making.


What we want from you


We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced data analyst.


The successful candidate should have the following experience:

Experience of effectively analysing complex data and gaining meaningful insight from it. 


Experience of communicating data analysis or research findings in a clear way. 
Experience of using an analysis tool or language (such as SQL, Python, Excel or a CRM tool). 
Experience of reporting tools (Power BI or similar). 
Ability to manage and develop relationships. 
Excellent attention to detail. 
Ability to find creative solutions to business problems.
