Expanding SaaS product company are looking for a Senior Data Analyst as they continue to grow. In this hands-on role you will join a team analysing data, generating insightful reports and supporting decision making across the organisation. Proficient in data management and reporting you will have an eye for detail and strong analytical abilities. Working across the business you will deliver data driven solutions that improve efficiency and performance.

It will be an advantage for this role if you have worked in client facing positon at some point in your career (eg technical support, helpdesk, a role that involves working directly with customers, etc, etc)

Responsibilities Include -

  • Gather and interpret data from various sources.
  • Perform detailed data analysis.
  • Ensure data requirements are always considered.
  • Help develop, design and deliver regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards to visualise key metrics and insights for different departments.
  • Translate complex data into compelling reports.
  • Work with the data team to ensure work is accurate and accessible.

Skills Required Include -

  • Commercial background in data analytics's.
  • Ability to deliver value through insights, reporting and analysis.
  • Good knowledge of SQL to retrieve, manipulate and filter data.
  • Experience building interactive dashboards.
  • Knowledge of statistics and probability.
  • Knowledge of Looker an advantage.
  • Technical skills to include a combination of Python, Databricks, SQL, ETL and ideally you will have worked in a SaaS environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company as it continues to grow and expand its data team. Good hands-on skills are mandatory for this role.
