An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and highly organised Field View Administrator to join a leadingpany in the UK and Ireland's Building Services sector. This role involves supporting our teams through the efficient use of Viewpoint’s Field View software, ensuring that information is collected and distributed according topany standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Field View templates, workflows, forms, tasks, and user permissions to suit project requirements. Act as a point of contact for Field View queries and troubleshooting. Assist with adding and training new users, and provide refresher sessions for existing users. Ensure all relevant users are using Field View correctly. Monitor data input quality and consistency, ensuringpliance withpany standards and project protocols. Export data from the Field View system for reporting purposes. Generate regular Field View reports and insights using Excel and other reporting tools. Maintain up-to-date documentation and user guides for the Field View system and its processes. Attend meetings and take minutes where necessary. Perform any other duties deemed necessary by management.
