The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Customer Data Analyst to deliver high-quality analytics, uncover customer trends, and play a key role in shaping our company’s success. Your day-to-day will include: ✔ Coding & data analysis – working with large datasets to derive meaningful insights ✔ Translating complex data – making analytics accessible for stakeholders ✔ Helping drive strategic decisions – using data to power innovation

What You’ll Need

✅ Education – Degree or postgraduate qualification in a numerate or programming-oriented subject (or equivalent industry experience) ✅ Tech Skills – Strong SQL proficiency (Python/R a bonus) and ability to manipulate and prepare large datasets ✅ Communication Skills – Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences ✅ Analytical Expertise – Some experience or interest in hypothesis testing and statistical methods ✅ Passion & Collaboration – A positive, proactive team player who thrives on partnering with stakeholders to create impactful insights
