About The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Visualization Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python to turn data into strategic insights. You will lead the development of dashboards, streamline reporting processes, and provide actionable insights that directly influence business and marketing decisions.

About You

Key Responsibilities


· Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.


· Lead and manage data visualization projects, including migration from legacy reporting to Power BI.


· Conduct advanced analytics, including time series analysis and customer segmentation, to support marketing and operational initiatives.


· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable solutions.


· Automate data pipelines and improve data reliability


· Ensure data governance and compliance, including GDPR best practices.


· Provide training and documentation for self-serve analytics tools and dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience

· Professional certifications in data analytics


· Proficient in Power BI and Excel.


· Solid understanding of data, time series analysis, and research techniques.


· Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.


· Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.


· Knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and GDPR compliance frameworks.

Desirable Qualifications


· Proficient in SQL and Python.


· Degree in Business & Management or related field.


· Experience with customer data platforms/ experience with Tableau, Tabular Editor, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).K
