About the Role:

I’m working with aleading organisation undergoing a major digital and data transformation. They’re investing in their people, technology, and processes to become more data-driven and improve how they deliver services to the community.

We’re now looking for aData Analystto join their growing team. If you’re passionate aboutPower BI,Azure, and transforming data into actionable insights that influence real decisions, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintainPower BI dashboardsand reports that drive business decision-making.
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
  • Conductexploratory data analysisto identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and documentation usingAzure DevOps.
  • Work as part of a collaborativeAgiledelivery team alongside Data Engineers, QA, and Business Analysts.

Tech & Tools You’ll Use:

  • Power BI(essential)
  • DAX(essential)
  • Azure DevOps(essential)
  • Awareness ofAzure Synapse,Data Factory, orDatabricks(desirable but not essential)
  • Solid understanding ofdata modelsand storytelling through data visualisation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years’ experience as aData Analystworking in anAzureenvironment.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills—comfortable presenting data to senior leaders.
  • A curious, analytical mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for problem-solving.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
