The Role

We are looking for an Analyst with strong Excel skills and project management experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in analysing operational data, identifying areas for improvement, and managing projects that drive process efficiencies across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Develop and automate reports using QlikSense and Excel (advanced functions, VBA, Power Query) and other BI tools.
  • Lead and manage process improvement projects to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with operations, technology, and commercial teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure performance and identify trends.
  • Support the implementation of process automation and system enhancements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Facilitate cross-functional project teams to ensure clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify risks and dependencies, proactively addressing project challenges.

About You

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, VBA; and QlikSense is a plus).
  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead and deliver multiple initiatives.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a technology-driven environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
