Data Analyst – 4-Day Working Week | £35,000 | Hybrid – Hertfordshire

If so, we have a rare and rewarding opportunity for aData Analystto join a respected organisation in the dispute resolution and consumer protection sector.


This is a permanent role, offered on a32-hour, 4-day working week, with a salary of up to£35,000(equivalent to ~£38k–£40k pro rata on a full-time basis). You’ll also enjoy a supportive, mission-led culture and flexible hybrid working (3 days/week on-site in Stevenage).


🔍The Role


You’ll be the data expert in the room—owning dashboards, shaping strategy through insights, and collaborating across departments to ensure data is used to its full potential. This isn’t a role for someone who needs their hand held; we’re looking for someone who brings ideas, solves problems before they arise, and has the confidence to challenge the status quo.


🧠What You’ll Be Doing


  • Designing and managingdashboards and scorecardswith minimal input
  • Building intuitivereal-time drill-down reportsusingPower BI(orAmazon Quicksight)
  • Writing advancedSQL queriesto extract and manipulate data from internal systems
  • Working with stakeholders to improveCRM/CMS workflowsand business processes
  • Configuring systems, understandingdata interdependencies, and managing change impacts
  • Proactively identifying what the business should be tracking — and implementing it
