As a Data Analyst at Spreetail, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights, enabling business leaders to make informed decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, order and inventory management, and platform services, to drive efficiency and performance across our operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about analytics, business optimization, and continuous improvement.

How you will achieve success in this role:

Analyze operational, sales, and inventory data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth or optimization. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to provide visibility into KPIs and operational metrics. Perform SKU analysis and create actionable strategies to optimize product availability and reduce waste. Collaborate with supply chain teams to enhance forecasting, inventory planning, and order fulfillment processes. Partner with business leaders to support market research, pricing strategies, and vendor performance analytics. Assist in automating recurring analytical tasks to improve efficiency and consistency in reporting. Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer strategic questions and support key business initiatives.

What experiences will help you in this role:

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong experience with SQL for querying and managing datasets. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Experience in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
