We’re on the lookout for a detail-obsessed Data Administrator to join a fast-paced business near Pocklington that’s all about quality, precision, and innovation.

If you thrive on keeping information accurate, supporting key teams, and making systems run like clockwork, then this is your chance to be part of something special!

This is a fantastic opportunity in a newly created role for someone with admin and data entry experience who’s happy to start with some hands-on, detailed data work before expanding into wider group projects.

Some of the Data Administrator duties are:

Data Entry & Maintenance

Input and update data into internal and external systems.
Ensure records are accurate and up-to-date across multiple platforms.
Conduct regular data checks and cleanses to maintain data quality and integrity.Reporting Support

Assist the Data Analyst in collating and preparing operational and performance reports.
Generate and maintain weekly trackers, summaries, and dashboards for key business functions.
Support in distributing data and insights across teams, including production, planning, and finance.Operational & Finance Support

Ensure financial data is accurate for invoices, costs, and ownership records.
Check supply and movement records match invoices and system data.
Help logistics and planning teams keep supply details up to date.System & Process Improvement

Flag discrepancies or inefficiencies in data flow and help refine processes where needed.
Support the development of standard operating procedures for data handling.
Ensure sensitive data is managed with confidentiality and in line with compliance requirementsIf you are excellent working on Excel, have a positive attitude and willingness to handle repetitive administrative tasks, and have access to your own transport then we are keen to speak with you.

This will be working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, earning a salary of £30,000.
