Are you a Data Analyst / Administrator or similar with strong IT systems background, looking to take on a key role where your insights will directly support business growth in an award-winning Construction company offering full development and progression?

An exciting opportunity supporting business leaders by producing vital reports, managing Power BI dashboards, and becoming the go-to expert for internal sales and performance systems within a Market leading Construction Company.

In this role, you will work closely with commercial and sales teams to manage and maintain Power BI data, sales reports, and performance dashboards. You'll be working across multiple departments, ensuring accurate tracking of key business quotas and targets, and providing real-time reporting that influences strategic decision-making.

This is a brand-new position with scope for progression and ownership, offering the chance to become a key player in a growing Construction business that values data, clarity, and collaboration.

The Role:

  • Data Management: Maintain internal systems, entering and managing accurate sales and performance data.
  • Power BI Reporting: Build and update dashboards and reports to track performance, KPIs, and sales targets.
  • Systems Support: Act as the technical point of contact for internal teams using Power BI and reporting tools.
