Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing and optimising the P2P process to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.
• Analysing financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with financial and procurement policies.
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
• Supporting the implementation of new financial and procurement systems and processes.
• Preparation and maintenance of reports as required by management utilising MS Excel, MAXIMO or other bespoke IT systems to monitor business performance.
