Your new roleTo support the Information Management team by providing detailed analysis and insight into society’s products, customers, campaigns andplaints. To maintain models used by the team and maintain all customer prompts, mailing files and direct marketing campaigns.
What you'll need to succeed

Highly numerate and analytical Experience in data processing or reporting related work with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive professional with good business acumen who will initiate new ideas within their own projects. Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Bi or similar software, with the capability of manipulating data using a wide range of formulae and functions. A minimum of 1 year's exposure to specialist data mining tools and relational databases - SPSS, Business Objects or equivalent Application of specialist knowledge to ongoing data analysis with the ability to work effectively unsupervised. The ability to provide detailed information and interpretation ofpany data at account or customer level.
