Continuing with OCU Groups significant growthwe now have an opportunity for an experienced CRM Data Analyst tojoin our Business Development team in our Stockport Head Office.Themain purpose of the role will begathering analysing andinterpreting data to support the organisation. This role involvesgenerating reports and providing actionable insights and changesthat align with the companys strategicobjectives.

Duties andResponsibilities

• Managing and interpreting companyrequirements.
• To work with and keep the CRMsystem up to date with all necessaryinformation.
• Implementing systems to help theoptimisation of data efficiency and data quality.
• Analysing large datasets to identify trends patterns andinsights that can inform business decisions.
• Develop CRM & other systems to improveefficiencies with new processes as needed.
• Develop & prepare daily reports for themanagement Executive team and other key stakeholders.
• Respond to and deal with internal and externalcommunication by email and telephone.
• Workingclosely with the internal & external teams to assist withtechnical issues and queries.
• Attend anyrelevant training sessions to ensure you are fully equipped toperform your duties effectively and attend management meetings asrequired.
• Undertake any other duties which canbe reasonably asked of a manager as required by theoperation.
