The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic data team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate looking to develop into a fully functional data analyst. You will focus on driving insights that influence key business decisions and will be responsible for creating impactful reports and dashboards, analysing operational and sales performance, and presenting your findings to stakeholders across the business. Additionally, you will monitor team performance, productivity, and the ROI of various resources including systems, tools, processes, and people. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and present reports and dashboards that provide insights into operational and sales performance. Analyse large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for optimisation. Monitor team performance and productivity, providing insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Evaluate the ROI of resources such as systems, tools, processes, and personnel, and make recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with internal teams, as well as operational and sales departments, to support data-driven decision-making. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring data insights are clearly communicated and actionable. Support ongoing data projects, contributing to the improvement of data processes and reporting accuracy. Desirable Skills & Experience: Familiarity with data visualisation and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or SQL is advantageous but not required. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. A passion for problem-solving and finding solutions using data. Ability to monitor and evaluate team performance and productivity. Interest in assessing the ROI of various resources and making data-driven recommendations.
