This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing marketing team in the heart of Liverpool City Centre in our vibrant head office. We are looking for a DATA ANALYST EXECUTIVE, responsible for gathering data and analysing to get the best ROI out of our marketing channels! Your OTE will be Circa £30,000 (commission uncapped) with the starting salary £25,000-£27,500

The selected candidate will advertise a large UK property listing portfolio across several digital portals. Our properties are advertised to investors on the likes of Zoopla and Rightmove, which act as key lead generators for our sales teams. You will be responsible for listing new properties in line with our constantly evolving availabilities, ensuring all properties are listed correctly with engaging content and utilising various portal features on offer to generate the most enquiries from our property listings.

Main Duties Include

Property Portal Listings Strategy & Management - Take over and evolve a comprehensive portal marketing strategy to generate the most CTR as well as visitor enquiries across all online portals such as Zoopla, Rightmove and OnTheMarket
Property Portal Features - Making full use of all features on offer across the property portals such as strategy & management of portal ads to drive clicks and conversion rates
Property Portal Competitor Research - Growing RWinvest’s presence across all portals and conducting competitor analysis on all portals
Sourcing new portals to advertise on to drive new growth
PPC and Social Paid Ad performance - Defining the break point of maximum spend for our main keywords.
Market Research - Early identification of potential external threads and opportunities and keeping track of what competitors are doing both on the Property Portals as well as all other marketing channels
ROI Tracking - produce reports of cost per marketing channel and revenue per marketing channel and analyse to optimise ROI from the marketing channels

Requirements

· Qualified to degree level (essential)

· 1 year experience working in Data Analytics or a relevant role with transferable skills (essential)

· Experience using portals such as Hubspot CRM (essential)

· Experience using portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla or similar (desirable)

· Highly organised and capable of managing different strategies across various channels, using complex spreadsheets and systems (essential)

· Excellent administration skills (essential)

· Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft systems, including Excel (essential)

· Strategic thinker
