Our client is a UK-based, family owned specialist founded in 2006, the company delivers audio visual services and software across hundreds of venues nationwide. With around 100–140 employees, it operates under two brands and supports more than 300,000 events annually. Job Requirements

• 1+ year working with Snowflake data warehouse and ETL features across multiple data sources.
• Proven experience in commercial data analysis, preferably within a technology or customer-focused industry. 3+ years of post-education data analyst work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in utilising large datasets to identify trends, insights, and actionable opportunities.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualisation tools, as well as a solid understanding of ETL processes and data engineering principles.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear, engaging manner, effectively “telling a story” with data.
• Well-organised, meticulous, and adaptable, with a proactive, inquisitive approach to problem-solving.
• Empathy and understanding of customer needs and behaviours, with the capability to align analysis and reporting to drive customer-centred improvements.
• Confident and capable of training others in basic reporting techniques, fostering a culture of data-driven self-service within the team.
• Persuasive in presenting data-driven insights and recommendations, effectively influencing stakeholders to take informed actions aligned with strategic goals.
• Fanatical about data integrity, but pragmatic about what’s been available historically, and capable of plugging gaps.
• 3 days working in the office / hybrid

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviour and usage patterns across multiple data sources, including customer analytics, purchasing behaviour and software subscriptions.
• Analyse device and site telemetry, technical support cases, asset data, and service metrics to identify problems, make predictions and recommendations based on trends and patterns, either for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, or pro-active issue resolution.
• Identify insights and trends to highlight opportunities for growth, process optimisation, and customer experience enhancement.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to address data gaps through ETL processes or data engineering solutions.
• Proactively seek data-driven opportunities to shape strategic recommendations and contribute to future business planning.
• Provide actionable insights and support to the Technical Solutions Lead and Technology Director, enabling them to make data-informed decisions.
• Produce regular reports, insights, and competitor analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing by training team members in basic reporting, encouraging a self-service approach to data where applicable.
