Job Details

JobMatcha are recruiting for a hard-working Commercial Data Analyst that will be working on projects working around London in a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Additional Works Team to ensure costs are captured accurately and submitted to leadership team to enable accurate reporting which in turn leads to submitting applications for payment in a timely manner

  • Analyse different Business Units and run reports that capture information for various stakeholders

  • Take ownership of Tasks given and see through to completion

    Skills required for this role:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential

  • Provide reports using Pivot tables and V Lookups

  • Knowledge of CAFM system useful but not essential - training will be provided

  • Knowledge of COINs system useful but not essential - training will be provided

  • Willingness to be part of wider team desirable

    Key Information and Benefits:

  • 8 Hours per day

  • Location Hybrid

  • Ongoing work for a Commercial Data Analyst

  • Salary: £35,000

    Additional Information:

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK

  • Must hold Valid UK driving license
