Commercial Analyst - Electricity Trading Remote £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE) Regular Salary Reviews Progression 28 Days Holiday Pension Flexible Working Are you an analyst with a background in electricity trading and balancing, looking to propel your career within the energy sector with a dynamic organisation going through an exciting period of growth? Do you want a varied role where you will have full autonomy to take the lead on electricity analysis across the business, playing an instrumental part in shaping future success of the company? This growing organisation are an independent gas and electric energy supplier with a strong SME business customer base across the UK, expanding to larger-scale businesses in the near future. They have developed state-of-the-art platforms to offer a convenient and streamlined solution to energy management, and have built a strong reputation for their honest and customer-centric approach. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the electricity portfolio across the business to optimise supply, drive profitability and ensure compliance. This will involve developing and implementing strategies for electricity trading to optimise sales and procurement, monitoring and reporting on market trends, ensuring optimal balance of supply and whilst effectively mitigating risks. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in commercial or data analysis within the electricity trading market, looking to progress into a leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity to progress into a leadership role where you can take ownership of electricity analysis throughout an innovative organisation.
