This role requires an individual who has ascientific/clinical background in oncology or nononcology diseaseareas paired with experience in data analysis or bioinformatics.The individual will develop key business rules identify key patientcohorts and develop realtime metrics on all patients and testing inour RealWorld Data repository enabling powerful analyses andinsights. Data from a wide range of sources will be translated intousable formats for consumption both internally andexternally.
Duties andResponsibilities:

• Contributeto the delivery against the Strategic Objectives of the team andreporting on the same.
• Develop a productmindset solving problems in a scalable way that will benefitmultiple clients of DXRX.
• Assist in RDpractices in how experimentation is carried out documented andinnovations captured through the Invention Disclosureprocess.
• Assist in the creation of newDiagnostic Deductive Pathways (DDPs) business rules and eligibilitycriteria from internal or client requests. Translating from processflow of the pathway to medical claims/lab data in our data lake.This will improve the source data and add additionalvalue.
• Carry out detailed validation ofbusiness rules and eligibility criteria with crossfunctionalagreement from additional teams.
• Assist inlabelling our lab data and enhancing our LLM through work inAnnotation Lab.
• Assist with tracking ofbusiness rules and logic per project/product ensuring repeatabilityand traceability.
• Assist with bespoke analysisdiseasespecific projects and indepth patient journeyanalysis.
• Assist with the reduction of datawrangling time for the IES team particularly the data analysts andalso the business analysts.
• Maintain a strongfocus on the data strategy of the team in terms of GAP analysis anddata utilization.
• At all levels maintainexcellent data quality controlprocesses.
• Assist with training within thewider company in terms of understanding our data sources and theirapplications.
