Key responsibilities:As Client Services Manager you will play a pivotal role in ourClient Services Team. Reporting to the Client Services Director,you will leverage your leadership, people management, and accountmanagement skills to: Develop, manage, and nurture keyrelationships with clients and stakeholders. Contribute strategicinsights to major project briefs and campaigns. Guide and inspirethe wider team, ensuring high performance and the delivery of ourpromises to clients. Leverage your negotiation and commercialacumen to meet the expectations of both clients and our agency.Proactively identify new business opportunities, fostering organicgrowth and attracting new clients. Play an active role in winningnew business, collaborating with the creative team to deliverexceptional presentations. Support the Client Services Director inresourcing, budgeting, and people management, including performancereviews and objective setting for the team. Required Skills andExperience: Minimum of three years of experience in a senior clientservices role, preferably within a creative or marketingenvironment. Proven track record of successfully developing andexpanding client portfolios, demonstrating the ability to cultivateand nurture long-term relationships. Possess a strategic andinnovative mindset, adept at uncovering insights beyond the surfacelevel. Excellent communication skills, complemented by strongleadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Confidentlydelivers proposals and creative pitches at a senior/board level.Skilled in conducting comprehensive research, gaining valuableinsights, and ensuring that project requirements are aligned withobjectives. Ideally experienced in the medical/healthcare sector,with an in-depth understanding of HCP and patient journeys.Demonstrates commercial acumen, with a thorough grasp of businesspriorities, financial dynamics and, industry trends across bothclient and agency sectors. Proficient in performance management andpersonnel evaluation. Embraces a positive and collaborate approach,combined with a curious mindset and the confidence to challengeconventional thinking.
