As a Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include among others:
- Manage and deliver a variety of client projects including: Building and deployment of technology strategies, Improve the quality of commercial and financial data and implement software tools; configure software solutions along with process improvement that supports compliance processes automation.
- Undertake tactical automation working with datasets
- Maintain internal, external and vendor relationships to generate new project opportunities.
- Support the operational management of the team, such as appraisal and learning and development.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should
- Experiene of Technology tools such as:
- Power BI and/or Tableau
- Alteryx and/or Caseware IDEA
- Experience in Business Consulting, Data Analytics or Finance/ Tax Technology:
- Experience of managing the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects with a business driven approach.
- Experience of coaching and developing more junior team members.
- Ability to delegate appropriately and carry out effective reviews.
- Good time management when working across a portfolio of projects
- Proven ability to analyse and create innovative solutions to problems.
Professional Qualifications and Education
• Accounting, Tax, IT or other professional qualifications
