Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants to manage project schedules and prepare documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service delivery.
• Assist in creating and managing spreadsheets and reports to support client deliverables.
• Participate in on-site client activities, including workshops, data collection, and solution implementation.
