We are on the lookout for a Chief Technology Officer to join an innovative, fast-growing tech company on a mission to revolutionize the industry with cutting-edge solutions and advanced technology. As they continue to expand and push the boundaries of innovation, we are seeking an experienced CTO to lead their technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of IT strategies to align with business objectives and enhance the company’s overall technological capabilities.
• Oversee the management of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software development initiatives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Drive digital transformation efforts, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry trends and remains competitive.
• Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximizing ROI on technological investments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity regulations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to ensure the business is leveraging the best solutions.
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and operational.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience (8+ years) in IT management or leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior IT leadership position.
• Strong technical background with experience in managing IT infrastructure, systems, software, and security.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and empowerment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.
• In-depth understanding of IT compliance, data privacy regulations, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in IT management (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or CISSP).
• Experience working in a tech-driven startup or fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and automation technologies is a plus.
