We are looking for a Carbon Data Analyst to assist our Measurements team. You will be dealing with complex datasets and high volumes of data, as well as using multiple sources to collate data and produce reports.

The ideal candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, have a high attention to detail and a passion for numbers and sustainability.

What that means day to day

Net Zero Certification

  • Analyse client data and evidence to ensure it has been correctly collated.
  • Collate client data using evidence, and identify any gaps or issues.
  • Generate certification reports and certificates to present full carbon footprint (scopes 1, 2 and 3) and social value data.
  • Generate SECR, PPN and Carbon Neutral reports.
  • Support member and stakeholder meetings and queries
  • Issue certification reports and certificates.
  • Support the senior team of the Measurement Team with any other roles.
  • Check certifications completed by other data analysts and consultants.
  • Create cumulative dashboards and reports on Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365.
  • Update cumulative reports for members.

Other activities:

  • Updating and maintaining key contacts in Dynamics 365.
  • Updating and maintaining correct folder and file structures for clients.
  • Assist on product development as requested.
  • Assist on event certification delivery as requested.
  • Assist on advisory projects as requested.
What you’ll need to be successful
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience calculating carbon footprints.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • An exceptional eye for detail.
  • Degree or qualifications in sustainability, engineering, mathematics, statistics, accounting or similar.
