What you’ll be doing

Research of new initiatives or changes to existing products and processes, presenting to Senior Managers in an appropriate format Supporting with the production of reports and management information from various sources, and statistical data for the collation of management presentations Promoting continuous improvement in area of responsibility Support our marketing function with tasks such as email campaigns and liaison with motor's marketing contacts Support with staff engagement initiatives such as monthly communications, meetings and minute taking Managing internal relationship between Motor Finance and Business Analytics, ensuring the MI available to the team is accurate and efficient Responsible for checking and centralising invoices in line with budgets. Provide Support to the Management team and external Sales Team as well as organising external events and Marketing schedules. Provide technical & logistical support to the Management Team.

Excellent communication skills Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Proactivity and flexibility, taking ownership of tasks and always seeking to add value Confident with an excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written communication with the ability to present analysis in an understandable and concise manner Knowledge and ability to competently use business software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI Ability to work under pressure, ensuring tasks are delivered in line with agreed deadlines

Working hours


Monday – Wednesday 8:30am – 5pm – Office


Thursday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm – Working from Home
