About the role
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? As our Audience Insight Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge analysis that drives real value. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Audience Insight, playing a key role in the development and training of our talented Customer Insight Specialists.
You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering an exceptionally high level of objective insights-based advice based on analytics to guide account strategies and tactics.
  • Clearly communicating the latest insights and analytics outputs to all levels of the organisation.
  • Providing high-level reports and dashboards in Power BI to give a comprehensive overview of current projects.
  • Automating data sources to ensure timely and accurate reporting using Power BI, Google Analytics, and Excel.
  • Working with a wide range of stakeholders, becoming the go-to expert regarding Analytics & Insights, providing insights into current performance and making recommendations for future improvements.
  • Supporting the wider marketing team and providing local marketing support where necessary for the marketing functional heads.
  • Engaging in strategic planning to enhance internal reporting, ensuring the appropriate tools are utilised and identifying gaps, such as the adoption of AI tools.
  • Managing the implementation of machine learning and predictive modelling to support business decisions.
    About you
    To thrive as our Audience Insight Manager, you'll need over 5 years of extensive experience in analytics, insight, and market research. You'll bring strong leadership, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills to the table. Proficiency in data preparation and blending tools, as well as data visualisation tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Google Analytics, is preferred. Your analytical skills and organisational abilities will be top-notch, and you'll have a thorough knowledge of research principles and procedures. A solid understanding of digital marketing and a keen interest in marketing trends are also crucial.
