Your ability to translate complex architectural challenges into clear, actionable strategies earns the trust of your clients, senior leadership team, colleagues alike.
  • After lunch, you roll up your sleeves and dive into the technical details of an intricate project, reviewing drawings and ensuring coordination between consultants. You work closely with your dedicated RIBA Part IIs and Qualified Architects, offering mentorship and guidance, empowering them to produce their best work while keeping the project on track.
  • Later in the afternoon, you refine a project programme in Excel, ensuring every phase is planned with precision. You compile a key report using InDesign, articulating design and technical decisions for stakeholders. You check in with one of the Directors, updating them on progress, seeking strategic input, and ensuring that the project continues to align with the studio’s broader vision.
  • As the day winds down, you reflect on the progress made. Another milestone reached, another challenge solved. This is what you trained for.
