What you'll do

Work closely with partners to fully understand requirements and provide collaborative solutions based on a commercial and analytical understanding. Communicating data analysis and insights via presentations, reports, and dashboards. Present analytical findings in a visually compelling manner, with action-oriented recommendations that answer key business questions Provide analytical expertise to support the delivery of data and digital products, working closely with different teams such as Commercial, Operation, Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Product and Data Science. Act as a data and analytical consultant to help identify opportunity, drive understanding or solutions across the business.

Who you are

Being passionate about analytics and demonstrate a detailed understanding of the customer, their behaviour, characteristics, and relationship with M&S. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to varying audiences. Exceptional problem solving, analytical and numerical skills. Good knowledge of SQL across big data tables. Experience visualising data and presenting analytics. Knowledge of manipulating and redefining data sets and applying analytical methodologies.
