Location: Greater London Area,UK Key Responsibilities: Partner Identification and Recruitment: *Conduct market research to identify potential partners aligned withRxLogixs vision. * Categorize partners based on their expertise,reach, and capabilities. * Engage potential partners, communicateour value proposition, and negotiate beneficial collaborationterms. Program Development: * Design customized partnershipprograms for each partner category. * Define partner incentives,commissions, and additional benefits. * Draft clear collaborationagreements, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Onboardingand Enablement: * Develop comprehensive onboarding materials andprovide training to partners. * Ensure partners understand thefeatures and benefits of our pharmacovigilance software. * Equippartners with relevant sales collateral and tools. RelationshipManagement: * Maintain regular communication with partners tofoster strong relationships. * Monitor partner performance, tracksales, and address challenges. * Solicit feedback from partners toenhance collaboration.
