Senior AI/ML Solution Architect (Sales Engineer) - Remote About the Role: An experienced Senior AI/ML Solution Architect is sought to lead technical consulting and pre-sales engagements, focusing on advanced AI/ML and data science solutions. This role combines technical consulting, pre-sales expertise, and product evangelism, focusing on showcasing cutting-edge AI/ML and data science solutions to clients across industries. As a key part of the team, you’ll lead client engagements through technical presentations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and architectural demonstrations while collaborating with data scientists, developers, and ML operations teams. This remote role requires occasional travel to client locations for deeper technical collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Deliver impactful technical presentations and demonstrations of AI/ML and data science tools. Drive PoCs and technical evaluations with prospects and customers, often in comparison to other database or AI solutions. Collaborate with sales teams to deliver tailored solutions to enterprise clients. Serve as a product evangelist by engaging in discussions, panels, and community contributions to drive awareness. Provide technical feedback to product management and marketing teams, contributing to whitepapers, trade shows, and seminars. Work closely with the global community to represent and contribute to the ongoing development of innovative tools and solutions. Requirements: 5 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales consulting, or solution architecture, focusing on data systems like databases, analytics, or machine learning platforms. Strong technical background in data science workflows, ML tooling, and trends in enterprise environments. Expertise in Python, Spark, and SQL, with experience developing ETL pipelines and applications. Solid understanding of (NoSQL) databases, distributed systems, and application design. Knowledge of ML tasks such as Node Classification, Link Prediction, and related Neural Network concepts. Proven ability to engage stakeholders through presentations, demonstrations, and clear communication. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with graph databases or frameworks. Familiarity with building and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs). Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (AWS, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, etc.). Background in managing distributed systems and cloud-based environments.
