Hobson Prior is seeking an AI Project Manager to join the Global Strategic Business Operations & AI Team. This role is crucial for advancing our strategic goals by integrating AI into various business areas. The successful candidate will guide innovation projects and support internal teams, focusing on AI-enhanced solutions to improve decision-making, efficiency, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of AI solutions into business processes to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Manage multiple innovation projects, ensuring they stay on track with scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Research and identify suitable technology providers and emerging digital trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop optimal business solutions.
• Participate in corporate innovation projects, emphasizing AI and Generative AI technologies.

Key Skills &Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, Business Administration, or IT/Engineering with AI components.
• Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in innovation projects with a focus on AI and Generative AI technologies, preferably in the health sector.
• Proficiency with business systems like Google or MS Office, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Good public speaking and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
