Are you an experienced Product Manager passionate about AI, project leadership, and client service? Sacher AI is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end product management through our AI Research and Innovation Lab. This role is fully remote with occasional travel and is ideal for a collaborative, client-focused leader skilled in managing generative AI products, including conversational AI solutions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Your Role


As Senior Product Manager, you will oversee the full journey of client products through the AI Research and Innovation Lab, managing progress at each stage and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll lead product development, provide regular updates, and coordinate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, behavioural scientists, and clinicians to ensure alignment with client and market needs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Product Lifecycle Management: Own the lifecycle of client products, managing them through Sacher AI’s lifecycle stages and ensuring they are deployment-ready for seamless handover to the client’s environment. This includes overseeing each phase from conception through to a production-ready solution tailored for integration within the client’s product or operational environment.


  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and align the product roadmap with business goals, ensuring each product advances Sacher AI’s mission and meets client objectives.


  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market and research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, using these insights to inform product strategy and development.


  • Client Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering updates, setting expectations, and aligning the product with client requirements and goals.


  • Project Management:Expertise in planning, designing, executing, and closing projects.Leverage agile methodologies to coordinate with diverse teams and deliver high-quality, timely products.


  • Generative AI and Prompt Engineering Oversight: Manage workflows for generative AI and conversational AI products, including overseeing prompt engineering to ensure optimal performance and engagement.


  • Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, clinicians, behavioural scientists, psychologists and other experts to integrate specialist knowledge, ensuring each product is well-crafted and impactful.


  • Reporting and Documentation: Create detailed client-facing and internal reports, maintaining transparent communication and comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.


About You


  • Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager with a background in AI or machine learning products, especially generative and conversational AI solutions. Ideally, you also have experience inhealthcare, digital health, or health and wellness sectors, bringing valuable insights into the unique needs and regulations of these industries.


  • Technical or Non-Technical AI Knowledge: Strong familiarity with generative AI products, with either a technical or non-technical background, understanding key functionalities and challenges in building these products.


  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Highly skilled in in managing client relationships, with experience in developing reports, documentation, presentations, training, and coordinating all stages of product development.


  • Collaborative Communication: Exceptional team leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse and remote teams and subject matter experts.


  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, embracing new challenges as they arise.


  • Interpersonal Qualities: Skilled in relationship-building and empathy-driven communication, fostering positive interactions with clients and team members to drive collaboration and mutual understanding.


  • Client-Focused Customisation: Ability to deeply understand client needs and translate them into product features that provide tailored, actionable value, while managing the product development cycle to meet those unique requirements.


  • Location: Flexible within UK time zone, with occasional domestic travel for company and client meetings.


  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English

  • Data-Driven Decision Making– Skilled in using data analytics and insights to drive product decisions; able to work with data scientists to interpret model performance, user metrics, and outcomes to refine product strategies.


  • Client-Centric Product Development– Strong technical understanding of customising AI solutions for client-specific requirements, including managing end-to-end integration and deployment in client environments.


  • Agile Project Management– Expertise in agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), with the ability to set up frameworks and project management tools, oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and cross-functional team alignment, especially for AI and machine learning product workflows.


  • User Testing and Model Evaluation– Familiarity with methodologies for user testing, usability assessments, and basic model evaluation metrics (e.g., quality, precision, recall) to ensure the solution meets quality standards and safety requirements.


  • Technical Documentation and Reporting– Proficient in creating clear, structured technical documentation, both client-facing and internal, that outlines product requirements, model performance, and deployment guidelines.
