We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Managerto join on a fixed term contract.

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering AI, machine learning and software projects for our clients.

Although this is a remote role, the successful candidate will be based in the UK.

Responsibilities:

Lead projects within the Provenir AI business, developing the AI products and solutions for our clients

Manage projects across all stages of the lifecycle, ensuring predictable, consistent, and successful delivery

Develop clear and detailed project plans with cross functional teams

Apply robust risk management practice across all project activity

Coordinate all internal and external resources involved with the project

Ensure the project scope and requirements are well defined and that the estimated timeline and budget levels are appropriate at all stages of the project life cycle

Manage the project team on a day-to-day basis by proactively addressing issues and risks to deliver the project outputs at the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and costs

Create and maintain high quality project documentation for any key project decisions, action items, issues, risks and other pertinent information

Clearly communicate project status and manage expectations to internal and external stakeholders

Organize and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with the appropriate project stakeholders

Answer questions and resolve functional and technical issues from stakeholders

Delight the client by exceeding expectations with overall service provided 

Drive continuous improvement across the Provenir AI team

Qualifications, Strengths and Skills

Must have 5+ years project management experience, delivering software development projects 

Experience working on data, AI or Machine Learning projects, especially in financial services, fraud, compliance is beneficial

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business related discipline

Relevant Project management certification(s)

Proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities at the same time in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Well versed in different project management methodologies, capable of adapting your style and approach to different projects as needed. 

Strong organizational, problem-solving, leadership skills with the ability to motivate others 

Excellent management of project scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, customer expectations and satisfaction, team management and client relationships

Excellent documentation and communication skills with great attention to detail

Proficient in the use of Microsoft office, Google workspace and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) 

Team player who builds trust and relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving business strategies as we grow

Perseverance to see projects through to completion
