Lead AI & Business Analyst
Contract:3-4 months (with potential for perm position)
Location:Fully remote with occasional travel to London office (1-2 times per month)
Start Date:Mid-May

Company Overview:
A rapidly growing tech start-up focused on developing AI-driven tools that enable businesses to measure their success. The companys flagship product is an advanced dashboard designed to track key performance indicators (KPIs), return on investment (ROI), and the overall effectiveness of business initiatives using cutting-edge AI technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • PhD (or equivalent) in AI, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience in AI, machine learning, and LLM (Large Language Models)
  • Experience working in or with start-ups
  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex data to inform business decisions and product strategy
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and building or maintaining dashboards for KPI tracking and performance metrics

Role Overview:
You will collaborate with senior leadership to analyse business metrics, refine product strategies, and leverage AI to drive measurable business success. This is a key role in helping shape the companys growth while working with a small, innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and measure business metrics, KPIs, and ROI to optimise performance and decision-making
  • Work closely with leadership to align product development with strategic business objectives
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into business performance
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, remote-first startup culture with a global team
