Brand new role for an Administrator and Data Analyst!
Position - Maintenance Administrator and Data Analyst
Contract Role – Long term
Work Location - Humber Refinery & Off-Site Facilities - Site based
Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay – Hourly PAYE rate
Role Summary
Support the Maintenance team by handling data analysis and admin tasks to help improve efficiency and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Help different teams and share ideas to improve maintenance work.
Create and manage Power BI reports to track maintenance performance.
Data Analysis
Work with the maintenance team to find digital solutions for improvements.
Collect, clean, and check data to spot trends and help decision-making.
Build and update reports and dashboards using Power BI and SAP data.
Run regular and special reports, staying updated on new data tools.
Administration
Support the business team with various tasks.
Manage purchase requests and materials in SAP.
Assist with technical documents as needed.
Handle SAP tasks like backlog and housekeeping.
Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Well organised and able to multitask under pressure.
Experience with data cleaning and modelling.
Skilled in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Experience with Power BI and data visuals.
SAP knowledge preferred.
Able to work independently and with others.
Willing to learn and adapt.
Professional with suppliers and colleagues.
