Location: Enderby 4 days pw, 1 day WFH

13 month FTC (maternity cover)

About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager with strong data analysis skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and leveraging data insights to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyse client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to clients and internal stakeholders. Use data insights to support strategic decision-making and client recommendations.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. Develop and implement account plans to achieve improvement targets and expand client accounts. Collaborate with the operations team to develop proposals and presentations.

Project Management:

Coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients and internal teams. Address any project-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support. Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an Account Manager, Data Analyst, or in a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate complex data sets. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, QlikSense BI). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in logistics or construction sector. Advanced degree or certification in data analysis or a related field. Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modelling techniques.
