Overview

Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Groupe, is looking for a drivenPlanning Account Managerto take the lead on exciting accounts includingPizza Hut,Taco Bell,GSK, andStrong Roots. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of brands, delivering impactful campaigns and innovative solutions in both brand and performance media.

About the Role

As a Planning Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving forward creative and strategic media solutions for high-profile clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading the development and implementation of media plans and campaigns, ensuring exceptional delivery and results.
  2. Collaborating with clients to craft strategies that align with their goals and position their brands as category leaders.
  3. Maintaining quality control on all plans and proposals before they are presented to clients.
  4. Fostering relationships across inter-agency teams and investment specialists to achieve shared objectives.
  5. Supporting the professional growth of direct reports, mentoring and motivating them to excel in their roles.
  6. Taking an active role in the growth of client accounts and contributing to the broader agency’s success.

About You

We’re looking for an ambitious individual with:

  1. A solid foundation in both traditional and digital media, with experience managing cross-channel campaigns.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead discussions and challenge clients diplomatically.
  3. A passion for innovation and creativity, with the ability to think differently and inspire others.
  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  5. A proactive approach, staying ahead of industry trends to uncover opportunities for clients.
  6. Leadership skills to guide and develop a team.
