ROLE: Account Manager
SALARY: £40,000-£55,000 + OTE
LOCATION: London (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office)

Known for industry-defining datasets and innovative thinking, the team partners with clients like NHS England, HMRC and local authorities to solve complex public sector challenges using data science and insight-led strategy.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for key public sector accounts, ensuring proactive relationship management and issue resolution

Drive upsell and renewal opportunities, support proposal writing and participate in bids and RFPs

Collaborate with insight, technical and planning teams to shape tailored solutions and handover delivery effectively

Support lead generation through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and by representing the brand in client-facing engagements

Maintain accurate sales forecasting and participate in regular account reviews

Skills:

Experience managing or growing B2B accounts in data, consulting or technology

Excellent communication, commercial acumen and client relationship skills

Passion for the public sector and using data for good

Familiarity with proposal writing, pitching, and complex stakeholder environments
