THE TEAM/DEPARTMENT PROFILESpark Foundry’s Paid Social team sits within the overall Performance Department together with the performance disciplines. Our ambition is to ‘bring performance into the heart of media’, delivering a holistic and integrated marketing discipline. OVERVIEW OF ROLEThis role focuses on delivering best in class campaign strategy and activation across Paid Social channels for META.Working very closely with the Paid Social Business Director; you will be expected to lead the client communication and deliver in expanding the client’s Paid Social footprint. Strong Paid Social experience across all major channels is essential to this role.Your role will be to ensure the Paid Social strategy is executed, from implementation to optimization and reporting.This role focuses on delivering best in class campaign planning and delivery across Paid Social channels, collaborating closely with the wider disciplines, partners and clients. Overseeing a team of Paid Social Account Managers and Account Executives. This role reports into a Paid Social Business Director.RESPONSIBILITIESResponding to briefs using a wide range of tools and platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit.Management of daily tasks with the direct team.Regularly audit accounts to improve performance.Lead on client meetings as needed.Create media plans and provide spend forecast.Creation of documents to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results.Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process.Campaign activation and optimisation across biddable campaigns with exposure to other digital channels.Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSExtensive experience in digital media, ideally from an agency side background (preferred).Active, hands-on experience activating and planning Paid Social, including DR.Professional digital media/advertising qualifications will be of an advantage.Any digital media experience e.g. freelance, personal projects etc. will also be of interest.Proficient in Microsoft Office solutions – particularly Excel.Analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detail.Good communication and writing skills.Additional Information
