Location:Barrow-In-Furness, Filton, Brough, Portsmouth, Weymouth, Frimley orManchester – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible workingarrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options forthis particular role Salary: Competitive What you’ll be doing: -Conducting load flow, short circuit, and stability analysis of anelectrical power system - Management and analysis of the electricalload budget - Developing and validating electrical models -Collaborating with multi-discipline teams, suppliers andstakeholders on matters related to the power system - Preparingtechnical reports, calculations, and presentations communicatingresults and advising recommendations - Developing and mentoringother team members Your skills and experiences: Essential - Degreequalified or equivalent experience in electrical engineering -Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership - Knowledge ofhigh power and medium voltage power systems and distributions -Experience conducting electrical load budget and load flow analysis- An understanding in power system analysis software tools (e.g.,ETAP, Simulink/Simscape, MATLAB) - Stakeholder managementexperience Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including acompetitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and aCompany contributed Share Incentive Plan. The ElectricalVerification Team: As part of the Electrical Verification Team, youwill be involved in the verification and validation of the powersystem, conducting analysis, and performing calculations to supportthe maturity and design of the electrical platform.
