What we’re all about.

At Quantexa, we believe that when we come together in the pursuit of excellence, great things happen. That’s how we do things - together. While our business is built on data, our culture is collective. We focus on growth - not just the bottom line - and foster an environment where people feel empowered to do their best work.

Even though we operate across continents and time zones, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. We stay connected, celebrate our successes, and unite to tackle challenges as one team. With colleagues in 19 countries, speaking over 20 languages and representing 61 nationalities, we create a true sense of belonging.

At Quantexa, we’re looking for people who share that vision. People like you. If our incredible culture sounds like you, we’d love you to join us.

The Opportunity.

At Quantexa, our project Delivery teams are central to our clients' success, enabling them to adopt our technology effectively for multiple use cases including financial crime and customer lifecycle management. We currently operate Delivery teams across three regions (APAC, EMEA and NA) with team members located in London, Liverpool, Malaga, Dubai, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Melbourne, Sydney, Boston, New York, Toronto and Ottawa.

Each Region comprises the following, reporting into the SVP of Region:

  • One or more Delivery or Programme Managers, each owning project delivery to a portfolio of clients;
  • Four Regional Practice Managers providing line management and leadership of the staff in each practice.

Our four main practices are the units into which our teams are allocated. Each has a Global Practice Manager owning the strategy and direction for the practice:

  • Project and Programme Management
  • Solution Architects
  • Data Engineering and Tech Leads
  • Technical Business Analysts

We are seeking a highly commercially minded SVP of Delivery Practices and Performance. This is a global role supporting our three SVP Regional Heads and the COO. The purpose of this role is to provide a set of operational support services to each of the regional heads and to lead a series of strategic initiatives to evolve and transform the Delivery function against the future needs of the business.

Three immediate areas of focus for the role include:

  • Strengthening Delivery’s contribution to the overall company profitability
  • Transforming how we work with our professional partners aligning to our Partner First strategy
  • Optimising delivery ways of working to reduce project effort and leverage the latest developments in AI tooling

These areas of focus will develop and evolve as the business grows and evolves itself.

What you’ll be doing.

  • You will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer to help define and deliver the Delivery function’s overall goals.
  • You will own our Global Practice strategies covering the Delivery wide organisational priorities for each practice and their future direction and evolution based upon market and company dynamics. Global Practice Managers will report to you.
  • You will lead our Delivery Service Operations and Programme Management Office teams providing operational and financial control, resource allocation and project services to the regional teams.
  • You will lead our Delivery Evolution Programme focussed upon transforming the Delivery function against the future needs of the business.
  • You will own the strategy for enabling Partners to Deliver Quantexa services to high standards, ensuring that our customers get the same experience working with our Partners as they do when working with us.

Where to Advertise Machine Learning Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Advertising machine learning jobs in the UK requires a different approach to most technical hiring. The candidate pool is small, highly specialised and in demand across AI labs, financial services, healthcare, autonomous systems and consumer technology simultaneously. Machine learning engineers and researchers move between roles through professional networks, conference communities and specialist platforms — not general job boards where ML roles compete with unrelated software engineering positions for the same audience. This guide, published by MachineLearningJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise machine learning roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about hiring across different role types.

Machine Learning Jobs UK 2026: What to Expect Over the Next 3 Years

Machine learning has undergone a transformation that few technology disciplines can match. In the space of three years it has moved from a specialism sitting at the edges of most organisations' technology strategies to a capability that sits at the centre of them. The tools have changed, the expectations have shifted, and the range of industries treating machine learning as a core business function — rather than an experimental one — has expanded dramatically. For job seekers, this creates both opportunity and complexity in roughly equal measure. The machine learning jobs market of 2026 is significantly larger than it was three years ago, but it is also significantly more demanding. Employers have developed more sophisticated expectations, the technical bar for specialist roles has risen, and the landscape of tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns that practitioners are expected to know has broadened considerably. The candidates who will thrive over the next three years are those who understand where the discipline is heading — which specialisms are attracting the most investment, which technologies are reshaping what machine learning engineers and researchers are expected to build, and how the definition of a machine learning career is evolving beyond the model-building core toward a much wider range of roles across the full ML lifecycle. This article breaks down what the UK machine learning jobs market is likely to look like through to 2028 — covering the titles emerging right now, the technologies driving employer demand, the skills that will matter most, and how to position your career ahead of the curve.

New Machine Learning Employers to Watch in 2026: UK and Global Companies Driving ML Innovation

Machine learning (ML) has transitioned from a specialised field into a core business capability. In 2026, organisations across healthcare, finance, robotics, autonomous systems, natural language processing, and analytics are expanding their machine learning teams to build scalable intelligent products and services. For professionals exploring opportunities on www.MachineLearningJobs.co.uk , understanding the companies that are scaling, winning investment, or securing high‑impact contracts is crucial. This article highlights the new and high‑growth machine learning employers to watch in 2026, focusing on UK innovators, international firms with significant UK presence, and global platforms investing in machine learning talent locally.
