Senior Forensic Data Analytics Manager

Dublin (Ireland)/hybrid – open to people wanting to relocate from UK or EU

Profile:

You will have extensive experience of leading teams on high profile engagements likely from a Consultancy/advisory background (recently or in the past).

An ambitious and experienced leader with a proven track record in forensic data analytics (with significant FinCrime, AML, Fraud, Investigations, and Compliance), a passion for technology, and a strong commercial mindset as our team is growing.

Experience:

* Over 7 years of relevant professional experience in forensic data analytics, risk analytics, or a closely related field.

* Extensive experience in a leadership role within a major consultancy (Big4 or similar), or a large corporate environment, with a demonstrable track record of winning new business and managing a team so you can transition into an advisory role.

* The ability to manage a portfolio of complex projects and navigate high-pressure and often sensitive client situations with confidence and integrity.

* Significant experience in FinCrime; AML, Sanctions; fraud investigations, or regulatory compliance is a strong advantage.

Technical:

* A strategic understanding of advanced data analytics techniques; while not always hands-on, you must be able to direct and liaise with technical teams.

* Expert-level knowledge of SQL (SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and its applications used in complex data environments.

* Strong understanding of Python for data analysis, automation, and machine learning apps.

* Familiarity with leading data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik or LookerStudio) and their strategic application in delivering insights to senior stakeholders.

* Experience architecting or overseeing solutions using Big Data technologies (Apache Hive, Spark, Presto) for processing large-scale distributed datasets.

* Demonstrable experience in the strategic application of Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP) to solve real-world investigative or compliance challenges is highly desirable.

* A strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and eDiscovery tools (Relativity) is a significant advantage.

Leadership:

* Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a genuine interest in developing others.

* Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at the most senior levels.
