An ambitioustech-for-goodcompany is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to shape how data is managed, structured, and leveraged across the business.

This growing, purpose-led technology business is seeking someone who can take full ownership of their data landscape — from ensuring high-quality, well-organised data to enabling better decisions through insightful reporting and automation. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business, including marketing, customer success, sales, and operations, to embed data into everyday operations and long-term planning.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure accurate, structured and accessible customer and commercial data
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar)
  • Deliver insight to drive segmentation, growth, and customer engagement
  • Automate workflows and streamline data processes
  • Drive data quality initiatives and best practise around the way data is governed internally
  • Assess data needs for the business and grow a team to supplement your own capabilities

What you’ll bring:

  • Solid experience in a senior data analyst or data leadership role
  • Strong SQL skills, SQL Server or Azure and a practical understanding of data modelling
  • Proven track record with Power BI or similar visualisation tools
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A passion for clean, purposeful data and continuous improvement
