About the Role

My client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, with proven experience in producing high-quality reports and dashboards for business stakeholders. Prior experience in the fintech sector is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes
• Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
• Proficient in Tableau and Power BI for reporting and visualization
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience in creating business reports and performance dashboards
• Experience working with stakeholders across multiple departments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data concepts clearly

Nice to Have

• Experience in the fintech / Payments industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools

This is a hybrid role with 3 days on site and 2 days from home with a 2 - 3 stage interview process.
