We are proud to be partnering exclusively with a leading cybersecurity vendor to recruit for a Data Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to use data-driven insights to enhance customer success and overall business performance within a fast-growing, innovative environment.


Role Responsibilities

  • Analyse and interpret complex datasets to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, predict churn, and drive customer retention and growth.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across systems, including Salesforce and other Customer Success tools.
  • Contribute to AI, automation, and analytics initiatives that improve product performance and customer outcomes.

Experience & Skills Required

  • 2–4+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
  • Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
