Mid-Senior Product Data Analyst | FTSE250 FinTech | London (Hybrid)


Harrington Starr have partnered with a global FTSE250 FinTech who is on a mission to transform trading. With hundreds of thousands of users worldwide, they're scaling fast — and they need a data-driven problem solver to help them grow.


In this role, you’ll:


  • Lead conversion analytics across trading platforms
  • Optimise user journeys from sign-up to First Trade
  • Drive data-led product decisions that impact thousands of clients
  • Design and run experiments that fuel commercial growth


What you bring:


  • 5+ years in product/analytics roles
  • Strong skills in SQL, A/B testing, statistics and data storytelling
  • Hands-on with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Bonus: Python/R, predictive modelling, FinTech passion
